ReadClip is a Text-to-speech (TTS) reader and a rich text editor that can read and spell check any text document and allows you to manage several text and picture clips at a time in the Windows clipboard. ReadClip is able to display the text in the clipboard and highlight every word as the text is read aloud or it can remain hidden.

When the TTS reader is not monitoring the clipboard it can be used to read any text that is pasted, typed or loaded from a file. Formatted text can be saved to a file or a spoken version can be saved to an MP3 or WAV sound file. The TTS reader can also read XML tags used to control the speaker's voice settings, including the talking speed, voice pitch and volume.

ReadClip is bundled with Hotkeys Macros, which is a Macro Control Language for the Windows operating system that allows you to press a key (hotkey) on your keyboard to perform virtually any task in Windows. A Hotkeys macro simulates a Windows session as if a person were typing keystrokes and clicking the mouse to the active window.

Any task you can do in Windows can be recorded and reproduced with Hotkeys, no programming required. Record all your mouse clicks and keystrokes with the Event Recorder and play them back with the Macro Interpreter. Macros can also be programmed from scratch and edited in the Macro Editor. Program Hotkeys to automate repetitive tasks and take full control of the Windows operating system.
